Our real estate practice handles many types of real estate acquisitions and dispositions throughout the United States, including the purchase and sale of shopping centers, retail properties, industrial properties, mixed use properties, residential rental properties and residential homes.  The firm also represents several national retail and self-storage brands in connection with their acquisition and development of real estate, including ground-up development as well as redevelopment of existing sites.  Our services include navigating the client’s due diligence and entitlement process.  By representing both purchasers and sellers, the firm uses its insight and experience to offer legal and business advice to successfully resolve the complex issues that often arise in these types of acquisitions.

Our founding attorney, Edward J. Bullard Jr., has over twenty-five (25) years of experience representing clients in connection with complicated financing of all types of real estate and businesses, including securitized loans, credit facilities, mezzanine loans and bridge loans.  The firm has also represented conventional, private and bridge lenders in connection with real estate and asset based loans. 

Bullard Law Group, PLLC is experienced with and regularly advises clients in connection with Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, including the sale of relinquished properties, the purchase of replacement properties and reverse 1031 exchanges.  The firm has relationships with exchange agents and brokers that specialize in the triple net market that allows us to assist clients with their tax deferred needs.
